I am George Evans, owner of IES Home Inspection.

As a Certified Inspector of the American Society of Home Inspectors, I have undergone training and continuing education in Residential Inspection Techniques.  I perform all IES inspections, and all of my work adheres to the ASHI® Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

I am a native of Spartanburg, SC and gained valuable experience in my 20 years as a licensed General Contractor and Mechanical Contractor, augmented with over 7 years as a Licensed, practicing Home inspector.
